Computer & Information Technology Programs

The Computer Technology curriculum prepares graduates for employment in the technology sector as designers, testers, support technicians, system administrators, developers, or programmers who use computer software and/or hardware to design, process, implement, and manage information systems in specialties such as database services, security, business intelligence, healthcare informatics and others depending on the technical path selected within this curriculum.

Advertising & Graphic Design (A30100)

The Advertising and Graphic Design curriculum is designed to provide students with knowledge and skills necessary for employment in the graphic design profession, which emphasizes design, advertising, illustration, and digital and multimedia preparation of printed and electronic promotional materials.

CISCO Networking Academy (C25340C3)

Cisco Networking Academy® is a global education program that teaches students how to design, build, troubleshoot, and secure computer networks for increased access to career and economic opportunities in communities around the world.

The academy provides online courses, interactive tools, and hands-on learning activities to help individuals prepare for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and networking careers in virtually every type of industry.

General Occupational Technology (A55280)

The General Occupational Technology curriculum provides individuals with an opportunity to upgrade their skills and to earn an associate degree by taking courses suited for their occupational interests and/or needs.

Computer Programming & Development

Computer Programming & Development is a concentration under the Information Technology program. The curriculum prepares individuals for employment as computer programmers and related positions through study and applications in computer concepts, logic, programming procedures, languages, generators, operating systems, networking, data management, and business operations.

Digital Media Technology

The Digital Media program prepares students for entry-level jobs in the digital design and multimedia industry. Students learn to synthesize multimedia, hypertext, computer programming, information architecture, and client/server technologies using both Internet and non-network-based media.

Mobile & Web Programming

Mobile & Web Programming is a concentration under the Information Technology program. This curriculum prepares students for a variety of roles in creating web applications and native mobile apps.

Network Management

Network Management is a concentration under the Information Technology program. This curriculum prepares students to install and support networks and develops strong analytical skills and extensive computer knowledge.

PC Support & Services

PC Support & Services is a concentration under the Information Technology program. This curriculum prepares individuals for employment as troubleshooters responsible for solving problems and providing technical support assistance, and advice to customers and users.

Systems Security & Analysis

Systems Security & Analysis is a concentration under the Information Technology program. This curriculum provides individuals with the skills required to analyze and implement effective and comprehensive information security controls.

Simulation & Game Development (A25450)

The Simulation and Game Development curriculum provides a broad background in simulation and game development with practical applications in creative arts, visual arts, audio and video technology, creative writing, modeling, design, programming and management.
