Accounting (A25100)

The Accounting curriculum is designed to provide students with the knowledge and the skills necessary for employment and growth in the accounting profession. Using the “language of business,” accountants assemble, analyze, process, and communicate essential information about financial operations.

Business Administration

The Business Administration curriculum is designed to introduce students to the various aspects of the free enterprise system. Students will gain a fundamental knowledge of business functions, processes, and an understanding of business organizations in today’s global economy.

- Human Resources Management (A25120H)

Human Resources Management is a concentration under the Business Administration program. The curriculum is designed to develop generalists and specialists in the administration, training, and management of human resources.

- Marketing (A25120M)

Marketing is a concentration under the Business Administration program. This curriculum is designed to provide students with fundamental skills in marketing.

- Operations Management (A25120O)

Operations Management is a concentration under the Business Administration program. This curriculum is designed to educate individuals in the technical and managerial aspects of operations for manufacturing and service industries.

Culinary Arts (A55150)

The Culinary Arts curriculum provides specific training required to prepare students to assume positions as trained culinary professionals in a variety of foodservice settings including full service restaurants, hotels, resorts, clubs, catering operations, contract foodservice and health care facilities.

Global Logistics and Distribution Mgmt Technology (A25610G)

The Global Logistics and Distribution Management Technology curriculum prepares individuals for a multitude of career opportunities in distribution, transportation, warehousing, supply chain, and manufacturing organizations.

Healthcare Management Technology (A25200)

The Healthcare Management Technology curriculum is designed to prepare students for employment in healthcare business and financial operations. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the application of management principles in the healthcare environment.

Hospitality Management (A25110)

The Hospitality Management curriculum prepares individuals to understand and apply the administrative and practical skills needed for supervisory and managerial positions in hotels, motels, resorts, inns, restaurants, institutions, and clubs.

Medical Office Administration (A25310)

This Medical Office Administration curriculum prepares individuals for employment in medical and other health-care related offices.

Office Administration (A25370)

The Office Administration curriculum prepares individuals for positions in administrative support careers. It equips office professionals to respond to the demands of a dynamic computerized workplace.

Paralegal Technology (A25380)

The Paralegal Technology curriculum prepares individuals to work under the supervision of attorneys by performing routine legal tasks and assisting with substantive legal work. A paralegal/legal assistant may not practice law, give legal advice, or represent clients in a court of law.
