Summary
Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC) is in compliance with this federal requirement. The College makes current academic calendars, grading policies, and refund policies available to students and the public.
Narrative
Academic calendars are available to students, faculty, and staff via the FTCC website. Curriculum schedules (pg. 3) and student handbooks (pg. 7), and the College Catalog (pg. 4) direct students to the College's website for the most current information. The Corporate and Continuing Education course schedules are also available electronically.
FTCC makes all grading policies available to students in printed and electronic formats.
Faculty members may access Grade change request forms on the Faculty/Staff Fill-In Forms page of the website. Once completed, the forms are forwarded to the Registrar’s Office for processing.
FTCC publishes refund policies on the Business Office website, the Financial Aid website and both the printed and electronic Student Handbook (pg. 29). Student Tuition/Fee Appeal refund decisions are provided by the Appeals Committee.
